Best for: Single designer shows, smaller productions, or internal documentation
You May:
- Use images for your own brand, PR, social, press, and marketing
- Share with your internal team
You May Not:
- Resell
- Transfer rights
- Sublicense to designers, glam teams, or talent
Full Usage License
For productions where multiple teams need access.
Best for: Runway productions with many stakeholders who all need images quickly.
You May:
- Everything in Limited Usage
- Sublicense images to designers, glam teams, talent, PR partners
- Allow invited bloggers/media to use images
You May Not:
- Resell images commercially
- Transfer copyright
Full Rights Transfer
This is a sub-contracted Work‑for‑Hire, For brands or agencies who wish to have total ownership.
Best for: Major brands, agencies, or productions with long‑term campaigns.
You receive:
- Full copyright transfer
- Unlimited use, resale, licensing, archiving
- RAW files + any and all edits/retouches
- Images become your property
